About product
Description

Field of application: for the installation of furnaces, heating boilers and fireplaces (can be used as a masonry compound), filling cracks and cracks in chimneys. It can be used for gluing ceramic, stone or other mineral finishing elements to heated surfaces, as well as for filling fireplaces before further finishing works. The mass becomes resistant to high temperatures (up to +999°C) and water exposure only after it has completely dried and hardened.

Properties: ready-to-use, with adhesive properties, resistant to extremely high temperatures, water-based, weak, specific smell, good adhesion to the surface, easy to apply and level, very little shrinkage ("sits") when drying and does not crack, water resistant.

Surface preparation: Surfaces to be plastered must be clean, firm and dry. To remove substances that reduce adhesion - grease, grease, dust, glue, mortar residues, old peeling paint, chalky surfaces. Before grouting, prime hard surfaces prepared in this way with PRO PENETRATING, CONsolidating primer, and weak, porous, calcareous or chalky surfaces with PRO primer SPECIAL BLUE.

Working conditions: the temperature of the base and the environment during work and drying must not be lower than +5°C, the optimal conditions for puttying are at a temperature of +20°C and 65% relative air humidity.

Work: before using the mastic - mix the putty well. Apply manually (with a trowel) in a layer not thicker than 10 mm and smooth. Sealing again (applying another layer of putty) is possible only after the first layer of putty has completely dried.

Consumption: ~1.7kg/m² when applying a 1mm layer.

Drying time: at an air temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 65%: ~18 - 36 hours. (depending on the thickness of the putty layer applied). Protect from high  temperatures and water during the drying period.

Cleaning tools: Wash tools with water immediately after work.

Storage and transport conditions: at a temperature not lower than +5°C and not higher than +30°C in a tightly

closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!

Environmental and occupational safety: Do not pour putty into drains, watercourses or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection. If swallowed, call a poison control and information office or seek medical attention immediately.
