Field of application: designed to varnish sauna’s walls, ceilings and its’ constructions indoors.
Properties: specific odour, water-diluted, forms matte coating thanks to which is resistant to wet rub and heat (up to +150°C).
Surface preparation: surface must be clean, dry, without grease spot. Wood relative moisture no more than 16%. If surface previously was varnished, sand it to matte and clean the dust. In highly moisture premises, soak with wood protection primer before varnishing.
Working conditions: surface and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +8°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH. Do not work in direct sunlight and strong draughts.
Use: mix the varnish well before use. Apply in 2–3 layers with a varnishing brush, roller or sprayer. Time gap, between varnishing layers, must be at least 6 hours.
Consumption: 4 – 6 m²/l (varnish in 2 layers).
Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: ~ 12 hours.
Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.
Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and work safety: do not pour paint into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Use skin and eye protection equipment. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN!
The volatile organic compounds: 1.1.5e) limit value 130g/l. The maximum in ready to use product 129,95g/l.
